Urapuntja Health Service is an Incorporated Aboriginal Controlled Health Service, funded by the Commonwealth Government, providing Primary Health Care to a population of approximately 1000 living in sixteen outstations. Service delivery is undertaken at the main clinic and by weekly visits to outstations.

Sarah is responsible for managing the budget and staff as well as overseeing the daily operations. During her educational career, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Public Health from Sydney University. Sarah has also earned numerous Management certificates.
