Dr. Kelly K. Machesky is a Family Practice doctor working at Cornerstone Schoenherr Family Practice's Schoenherr office. She is board certified in Family Practice and became a board certified Bariatrician through the American Board of Bariatric Medicine in 2007. Her special interests include the treatment and management of overweight and obese individuals.

Dr. Machesky is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She graduated from Wayne State University in 1995 and completed her residency in 1998. Prior to entering medical school, she worked as a certified athletic trainer for Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. She notes that she pursued a career as a medical doctor because of her personal interest in preventive medicine and her desire to positively impact the lives of others. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her family.
