Motivated by a strong desire to help children develop to their full potential, Ms. Barrett joined the Results Project, a non-profit organization set on weaning children saddled with attention deficit disorder and other learning disabilities from unnecessary drugs and introducing them to natural health products. Another career highlight was being recognized by Rockwell International with an Honoree Award, which was presented to her on a trip to Florida with a tour of Cape Canaveral and an opportunity to view a space shuttle launch. Ms. Barrett attributes her success to her determination, experience and faith in God.
Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member in 2008, Ms. Barrett is a Certified Engineer through the American Society for Quality Control. She is a member of Business Networking International.
