Ms. Williams has an impressive background in healthcare. As a physician assistant with more than 28 years of professional experience, she excels in family medicine. She is responsible for treating and caring for patients and evaluating medical reports. She became involved in her profession because of her keen interest in medicine, and attributes her success to her hard work. Ms. Williams worked as a physician assistant at the Fairbrook Medical Clinic and Pharmacy for seven years. She also opened a rural health clinic for the Caldwell County Health Department in Collettsville and also worked for an internal medical doctor. Ms. Williams considers being able to help her patients to be the most fulfilling aspect of her career. Ms. Williams is a certified physician assistant from the state of North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina in 1977 and is affiliated with the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, The American Academy of Physician Assistants and is a former president and program chairman for Unifour Physician Extenders. Ms. Williams remains current with professional trends by enrolling in continuing education courses and reading industry-related publications. In the future, she hopes to attain a higher position in her profession and intends to volunteer with the Good Samaritan Health Clinic.
